All tea posies are made with Silver Needle White Tea, grown and handcrafted into flowers in the Fujian province of China. In addition to Silver Needle White Tea, flowers such as jasmine, calendula, rose, lily, amaranth, camellia, chrysanthemum and carnation are sewn into stunning blooms that unfold and infuse in hot water.
All tea posies can be infused multiple times. Teas come wrapped in stay-fresh packaging.
The 12-ounce teapot doesn’t need a removable infuser, as it has a stainless steel spiral in the spout of the teapot to trap any stray leaves. The teapot, teacup and saucer are hand blown from borosilicate glass.
Teapot is suitable for brewing with hot water, but is not stovetop safe. Teapot, teacup and saucer are dishwasher safe.
