| | I've tasted these coffee cakes and they're every bit as good as they look - sweet and scrumptious. Too good - one slice leads to another!

The Swiss Water Decaf Process
A patented SWISS WATER® process that circulates green (unroasted) coffee beans in hot water which is saturated with coffee flavor (also known as flavor-charged water). The caffeine is drawn out of the bean into the water and because the water is already saturated with coffee flavor, the flavor essences of the coffee beans are preserved. The coffee beans are then dried and shipped to roasters. This method of decaffeination was first discovered in Switzerland in the early 1930s.
