Two layers of delicate, succulent golden Australian raspberries are added to the traditional rich sour cream coffee cake batter. Walnuts are not added to this cake. This cake is wonderful with a little sorbet. The one-pound twelve-ounce coffee cake serves approximately 10 - 12 and can be frozen up to four months. |
