Ingredients
Caramel Cookie Waffels (Stroopwafels)
Family Favorite Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow it to soften slightly. Spoon approximately 1/3 cup of ice cream onto a caramel cookie waffle. Top with another caramel cookie waffle and gently press the cookies together to spread the ice cream to the edges of the cookies. Wrap securely and freeze.
