We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on every order within the continental U.S. Orders placed before 2pm MST (Mon-Fri)) typically ship the same day from our Colorado-based facilities. Orders received after 2pm, or on Sundays and holidays, ship the next business day.
We use UPS or USPS, depending on your shipping destination, and offer expedited shipping at discounted rates calculated at checkout.
Our standard shipping is always FREE.

Standard Shipping
Your most cost-effective option. This option provides door-to-door delivery of your order usually within 1 to 5 business days (Mon-Fri), depending on the distance traveled. Orders usually leave CoffeeCakes.com the same day after the order is received. We don't ship on Sundays.
International Shipping
We currently don't ship internationally.

Shipping or Delivery Guarantees
Since we rely on third-party shipping companies to get your order to you, once your order leaves CoffeeCakes.com, it's out of our control. CoffeeCakes.com is unable to control our shippers and/or offer any shipping or delivery guarantees. We can only tell you when you can expect your order to arrive based on the estimates and information we receive from our shippers. CoffeeCakes.com cannot give any delivery or service guarantees. Tracking numbers are provided, and will give you the most up-to-date information on your order's location.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value, if necessary. If, after taking your order, an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Undeliverable Packages
Please check all of your addresses carefully. We can only provide delivery attempts to addresses we're provided by you. Additional fees will be charged to redirect packages when incomplete or incorrect information is given.
Order Cancellations
A customer may cancel an order at any time. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for paying a $10 order intercept fee or the freight charges to have the order returned to us, whichever is greater. It's best to cancel an order before it's shipped in order to avoid incurring any additional fees.
Refusing a Package
Customers shouldn't refuse a package unless they're willing to pay all shipping charges, to and from the customer. If a package is refused by a customer, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, to the customer and back to CoffeeCakes.com.
Restocking Fee
To cover the extra handling costs of taking returned items back into inventory, CoffeeCakes.com charges a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged, defective, or materially different.
We Pass our Discounted Freight Rates Along to You!
We make every effort to charge the actual shipping rates we're charged. We don't mark up our shipping rates. Because we've been in business for many years, we're able to benefit from significant negotiated discounts, which allows us to pass the savings along to you!
Potential Service Interruptions
At CoffeeCakes.com, we work diligently to ensure your order is shipped promptly and arrives fresh. However, once a package leaves our facility, we rely on third-party carriers (UPS or USPS) for delivery. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions or service outages
- Holiday or peak season volume
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If a package is undeliverable or refused, the customer will be responsible for all applicable return shipping fees and the original shipping charges. We also cannot assume liability for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
