What is on the inside of the Drive Time Travel Mug?
Stainless steel.

What is on the outside of the Drive Time Travel Mug?
Painted metal. They will scratch and chip but withstand a lot of abuse. The stainless steel travel mug is simply stainless steel.

Can the Drive Time Travel Mug be washed in the dishwasher?
No, please wash the Drive Time Travel Mug by hand as the dishwasher may break the seal causing the mug to leak.

Is the Drive Time Travel Mug right or left handed?
Both. There is a seal under the handle that can be softened with hot water and moved. The handle does not detach.

What are the dimensions of the Drive Time Travel Mug?
The Drive Time Travel Mug is 2 ½ (one-half) inches in diameter at the base up to a height of 2 ¼(one-quarter) The diameter then gradually increases to 3 ½ (one-half) inches. The mug is 8 ¼ (one-quarter) inches tall.

Can the Drive Time mug be engraved?
The manufacturer does not recommend engraving, but does recommend screen-printing (imprinting). Engraving will cause the Blue or Red mug paint to chip. The Stainless Steel mug could be engraved at a place specializing in engraving, but customer would assume all risk of damage.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, gift certificates can be purchased on our web site. If you do not see the amount you would like please contact customerservice@coffeecakes.com and we will create a customized gift certificate. Gift certificates will be emailed or mailed but must be redeemed on our website CoffeeCakes.com or by calling 800-830-2696

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Gift certificates must be redeemed at our website CoffeeCakes.com or by calling 800-830-2696. On our website all you need to do is go to CoffeeCakes.com, select the items you would like to purchase with your gift certificate and when you
check out enter your gift certificate promotional code
in the box entitled "Coupon or Promotional Code
(optional)". You should see this box towards the end of
your check out. When entering gift certificate codes,
make sure to include the first letter '@'.

Do you gift wrap?
Yes we offer our customer the option to send their order in our very special gift packaging for an additional "gift wrap" fee per item. We also offer
a CoffeeCakes.com gift card with a personalized gift
message from the gift giver with each of our gifts.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept the Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express when you order online or over the phone. We do not accept personal checks at this time but we do accept money orders. If you place an order by phone and wish to pay by money order we will place your order on hold until we receive your order. See also How do I redeem a gift certificate above.

Do you charge sales tax?
It is our policy to follow all legal requirements in regard to electronic commerce storefronts charging sales tax. CoffeeCakes.com is based in Colorado and is required to charge Colorado sales tax on any item shipped to a Colorado address.

Can I place an order now and have it delivered at a later date?
Yes, simply request a later ship date in the Notes field on the Order form when you place your order or you may call 1-800-830-2696 or send email to customerservice@coffeecakes.com to request a specific delivery date.

- Tell me about the 27 oz. Stainless Steel Teapot with mesh infuser.
The Henley teapots provide a ‘no hassle’ way to deal with loose tea. Simply scoop the required amount of tea into fine mesh basket and when you’re finished, dump the spent leaves. The mesh filter is very fine and no tea leaves escape. A Brushed stainless steel teapot and the modern design goes well with modern décor.

After you pour the first cup, the level of the liquid is below the tea infuser so it stops brewing. You can remove the tea infuser before you put it in the refrigerator (recommended), but the infuser will be hot!
Stylish and easy-to-use tea pot. It was designed for iced tea – Add a few teaspoons of tea to the basket and fill the pot with cool water. Put it in the refrigerator and let it seep overnight. (You can do the same with hot water, but it results in a cloudy iced tea).
