Stroopwafels 40 Waffle Cookies - Siroopwafels - Caramel Cookies
Stroopwafels are syrup (stroop) waffles made with two paper-thin coaster sized disks sandwiched together with a layer of cinnamon-caramel syrup. Hand made on flame fired waffle irons, stoopwafels are delicious with whipped cream, a scoop of ice cream and perfect served with coffee or tea. For a real treat place a stroop wafel on top of a cup of coffee or tea and allow the cookie to warm a bit - just enough to soften the caramel filling. Stroopwafels will keep for a month in a cookie jar - longer if refrigerated or frozen. Excellent Value! |
